Here's 3 buffs and a "nerf" that isn't even gonna matter because he only fights when his W is up anyway. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Am I missing something here?
Kog's W gave him a PERMANENT boost to his attack speed, he no longer has that, AT ALL, in exchange he gets significantly higher AS per level (to the point that by level 18, he roughly equals out anyway, which is intended; he's supposed to be absolutely absurd lategame)
W being up or not has NOTHING to do with that.
