Keys & unowned champs
I know you can't get chest with unowned champs, but can you get keys?
If so, is there a source?

Dragonilic1 votesI am incredibly confused by your question. Are you talking about unowned champions as the free-week rotation? If so, then yes you can receive keys for winning on unowned champions. Riot has said the only criteria for a key drop is to win and be lucky enough for it to drop.
Miku Lv991 votesYou can get keys with anyone. Just win and queue up with more people to improve your chances. Your chances also go down the more keys you've obtained in the current month.
Although it doesn't seem like they key chance went up at all when this month started.
