Can we get an Ashe update?

I like Ashe, she's pretty cool. But I can't help but feel like she needs a kit work over. She has too many passive skills and feels like a 2 trick pony. I just feel like her Q should be her passive to some degree (like every 3rd shot or every crit applies slow) and her q should work like luc passive where she gets flat crit chance like 5-10 and her active lets her shoot multiple arrows into a single target with reduced damage. This would give her some of her old kit and reduce the passive kit she has. Either that or just lower cd on her ult or work in a cd recuction with slows, crits, or volleys, I feel like it's way to long and easy to dodge or block to have good game impact.
