can the autofill work so if you are filled you are placed as a support only and not some other role?
because it's ok to play a support once in a while but it is certainly not ok to have people who can't play adc or something and were filled there

Thats not a great idea as it hinders those who actually pick support as their main role. It sucks yeah if you get some one doesnt know the role they got pushed into but its better to help and communicate then blame and talk crap to them the whole game. Communication is key here.
