This champion is so broken. She can come back to lane with a ruby crystal only and outdamage someone who just bought a needlessly large rod.
It is absolutely absurd that Anivia is allowed to do so much damage with no additional AP asides from doran's ring and runes. On top of that her wave clear at level 6 is way way too safe not to mention her damn passive.

So a champion that takes skill, has an awful auto animation, and inherently slow is OP.
Are you sure it isn't Ryze or are you being a bronzie?

Like she isn't OP. It's because champions that are good with RoA are really good atm.
