Why is Warmog's ok?
I honestly just don't understand how it can be ok to have this item exist.
Riot says they want champions to interact more (ex: why they are planning on nerfing waveclear accross the board)... and then we have Warmog's, who basically makes a lot of interactions utterly pointless. You can't poke someone with warmog's, you can't harass them, you can't do a light skirmish and back off. The only way you are allowed to interact with a champion with warmog's is to kill that champion. Anything beyond that will be punished as you watch the enemy's health go back to 100% in less than half a minute, regardless of ressources spent. I mean I guess you could say that from the standpoint of the person WITH warmog's it does encourage interactions... dumb ones where, as long as you don't die, you come out on top.
It'd be another story if it actually took some time for the passive to do its work, like maybe the heal starts off at a lower value and it ramps up over time, but it doesn't. No, you literally go back to full health in less time than it takes for a minion wave to spawn. Maybe if it actually required you to do something to get all of that health back beyond not being in range of enemy champions, but no.
To be quite honest, I don't even know if the item is overpowered, my issue with it is how much it warps the game. I thought the answer to poke comps was engaging, not quite literally nullifying everything they do. Maybe someone can explain to me how it's supposed to be a healthy part of League, because I really don't see it.
