Can Kled's courage bar fill in the jungle please ?

(Actually it's Skaarl's courage but whatever you understand !)

I really wanna play him jungle and he has the kit for it since he's tanky and all and his spells work with epic minions but that would be really a huge good feature if his bar could massively regen when killing jungle minions. We should have the opportunity to choose wheter we want champions like that in lanes or jungle and that tiny little change is what is needed here. He's not that bad atm with a good pull but still, could change all the early game.
