So does Ekko's attack speed nerf even make sense in the Universe?

Oh wait a moment. I could be wrong. When people complained about Vayne's W rework to physical, riot managed to nerf her AD by 3 which completetly made sense for them because Riot balance team is obviously the smartest team ever made. I shouldn't be surprised at all with Ekko's attack speed nerf.
