Whats With All The Yasuo Players Recently?

Just today alone i have played with and against 5 Yasuos in Ranked out of 10 games. Meanwhile 4 out of the 5 games Yasuo wasnt in he was banned in champ select. I dont have a problem fighting a Yasuo, but every time ive been getting one on my team they go like 2/7.

Idk if people saw the 100%+ bonus to his R which is reverted and decided to try him out or what. But they shouldnt play a champ with a high skill cap like Yasuo in ranked lol.
