[Item] Luden's Echo more bursty with less counterplay than DFG

Riot's premise on removing DFG from the game was that it was making assassins like LB and Ahri too bursty without providing any counter play, yet they added an item that provides even less counter play: Luden's Echo. On a champion with on-hit abilities--think Katarina and Leblanc, there is no way to dodge or Null Luden's damage without staying completely out of the game, and still, it does a disproportionate amount of damage.

For what Riot wanted to remove from the game, I feel they made a mistake by adding an even more bursty item with even less counterplay. A champ with Luden's could hit a minion several units away and still poke down champions off to the side with a ton of damage without actually hitting the champions. At least DFG had a limited range that only affected a single champion. One Luden's champion can burst an entire team down and remove them from an objective, without any counter play.

Of course the same may be said of Statik Shivv, the attack speed "equivalent" but they nerfed it and it doesn't provide damage as well as the passive, although it does have crit and atk spd stats, but Luden's Echo doesn't really need any other damage item to supplement it, it alone can give a huge amount of burst for a champion, whereas Statik Shiv adcs need other items.

I just feel that the stats needs to be addressed. Thoughts? ~~bc I could be wrong ~~

item 3285 is fine. The problem with DFG was that it didn't serve its intended purpose: it was supposed to be anti-tank, but it was much better against squishies.

Luden's damage is 100 (+.15 AP). To outdamage a normal crit on statikk shiv the user needs to have 667 AP; to outdamage an IE crit the user needs 1000 AP. The splash damage is not a very large increase in damage.

Otherwise, DFG was removed because of how powerful and warping the active was. The increased 20% damage meant champions were being balanced around buying DFG every game because otherwise their burst WITH DFG was to high (for comparison, LeBlanc's combo with DFG gained 287(+.92 AP) damage, while with Luden's it gains 100(+.15 AP)).
