[Suggestion] Store Wishlist

A wishlist for the store to keep track of our to-buy list would be really convenient! Especially for players still building up their champion pool, and for players who also keep track of skin releases! I think this would go hand in hand with the new feature to gift players on endgame screen.

However, I know this would probably take a lot of server space, so instead maybe we could make the wishlists on local data like custom item sets, and be able to export them into a file to transfer. I would just really like a way to check on my pending champion purchase list on the client itself.
