[Bug] Items/Store inaccessible and cannot move champion

In two separate games now, I suddenly became unable to use my items and at some moments I became rooted to the spot and unable to move, but I could still use my abilities.. In the second game, it cost us the game. :/ I also noticed, that my move arrow (the one that appears when you click to give the command to move) turned red instead of green.

I'm on Mac client. The first time I was playing Zyra, and the second time I was playing Thresh, if that helps. :/

UPDATE: Happened more than three times in one game in another game with Zyra. e-e Oh, forgot to add that it won't let me buy OR use items.
