[Suggestion] Changes to the minimap so that it's more clear when team mates have ult.

I know there is already some sort of clarity factor for team mates who have ult on the minimap. Apparently, the thin border of their icon turns green, but that's difficult for me and probably many others to discern. With such a thin line of color, those of us who have trouble discerning extremely similar colors cannot find use of this tooltip. Or for those of us running flux.

I recommend that when a team mate's ult comes up, the shape of their icon on the minimap changes or the color change goes from blue to something more contrasting, like red, and the border around said team mate's icon thickens.

TLDR: When a team mate's ult comes up, the shape of his/her icon border changes on the minimap.
