Camera Movement Suggestion

Sorry about this, it's a bit niche, but there are players out there aside from myself who do this. I'm referring to the players who do not move the camera with the mouse, but rather, solely with their keyboard. For example, some use WASD to move the camera, and would have their skills on something like QERF; I do something pretty similar to that.

At any rate, this suggestion is inspired by me activating that bug that causes a small red boarder around the screen, caused by something to so with 3rd party recording programs. A topic on it can be found here: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=3912631

It essentially allowed me to move the camera with my hot key setup, but PREVENTED me from moving it with my mouse. This is most likely ideal for most players who use this sort of camera scheme. I know it would help me every now and then, because there are occasions where the mouse moving the camera have messed me up a few times, when I would rather just be without that function. So if it's not too much hassle, please allow an option to "Disable bordered mouse camera movement."
