has a champion with no mobility ever has been a problem in the last 3 years?
I can't recall any. I think its time to buff champ with no mobility and low cc exemple make Darius ult deal 400/700/1000 true damage at 5 stacks

If Darius is buffed he will be way to over baring for melee just to be a potential problem for ranged.
Much in the say way that Irelia is really strong in the ranged top meta but kinda disappears in a melee top meta. We are still seeing a ranged top meta with Gnar and lissandra but once they are nerfed out of being picked or banned in the LCS Irelia will likely fall out of favor with a lot of people for others like Maokia, Rumble, Wukong and Jayce who all tend to have more direct things to offer the rest of their team.
xerath and syndra are/were both staple picks in competitive play, neither of them have a ms speed buff or a repositioning tool
