How can hourglass be broken for so long without getting nerfed but randuins got nerfed multiple time
hourglass is so anti fun as an item I think it should lose ALL of its stats when the active is on cd

I like when they hourglass. It makes their death so much easier.
Downvoted due to lack of reasonable negative vote option. As if it's impossible to disagree with you. I'd be willing to discuss a meaningful reduction on its power but removing all stats when on cooldown is absurd.
seriously tho. way too all purpose. even if you dont use the active ever bc u have no use for it you have no reason not to buy it unless you are against a pure AP team which never effin happns
you can buy this item as an AP tank, AP carry, support,
hell you can even buy it on wukong for the armor and the active if you feel like ult trolling
this item need a cons
I would be in favour of reducing the AP to something like 100. 80 feels a bit harsh.
I would vote if there was an option that wasn't yes. Also what do you expect the non mobile ap to do get jumped on and die with 0 options?
