Votekick in Lobby

We've all been in that group where one (or more) player is being very toxic or trolling in lobby and the only way out is to dodge. But how is that fair to the players who are just trying to have a good time? It isn't. Solution: Add a votekick tool to lobby. It's very simple and works wonders.

Obviously, this won't solve in-match behaviors, but it will surely improve the quality of matches.
