The tank meta is inevitable because the player base will want to use the shiny new tanking toys, not because rito will make tanks OP

vayne isn't even good in tank metas

Vayne is anti-everything. She kills squishies just as easily as tanks. Only burst mages can really give her trouble and even then it comes down to outplaying her.
