Why Riot gives no fucks about our feedback

At this point I don't blame Riot for not listening to us, because no matter how much people whine about X champ, there will ALWAYS be a best champ for a role. They nerf champs just to make them weaker than the champs in that role, making the other not as strong champs stronger and then people will whine about the new op champs when the try to play the previously good champs that are now bad because they got nerfed. It is all just a huge circle that goes around and around. And Riot has understood that this community won't stop crying and whining.

Most of the people who post on the board don't even make a good argument. All they say is "omg nerf x champ because they used their die move to make me die". Seriously who is gonna listen to that?

So, I suggest making every champ OP. They can make some crazy stuff like Ashe ult resets on kills and assists and her Q does bonus magic damage while active but drains more mana or Brand now sets any brushes on fire that he hits with and ability doing a certain amount of magic damage per second, the same with Annie.
