Rammus clear speed
Without attack speed and damage runes,
clear speed has gone from ok ish to painfully slow, the level 1 attack speed doesnt exactly fix this problem.
What i would suggest is his W doing bonus damage to monsters or for his w to last 1 or 2 seconds longer. Or buff his passive towards monsters idk.
