Difference between high elo and low elo players

I've played with a few high elo players, and some things that ive noticed that they differ in play style are little things that matter. like -Shielding at full HP, not when you're about to die -Going B early levels (noticed most low elo wait till 5-6, high are usually around 3-5

just to name a few...in not high elo, but I enjoy watching some of their methods and learning from them, can some higher elo's comment additional differences that we can learn from?

Wards. In Low ELO getting the team to ward is only possible if they are super duper scared of Evelynn and eveyone buys pinks every single back.

In higher ELO, you'll notice that most of the problem champs people whine about aren't that big of a problem, due to higher ELO understanding counter builds/play better. You'll also notice that they can (sometimes) get away with fielding a squish comp and NOT fuck it up because they understand that they need to pick people out of the enemy team, and not teamfight directly...
