30 minute ban? really?

So, we get a longer ban for dodging than we do for going AFK in a game???!!! I can see and understand the 20 minute for abandoning a team, although I liked banning MUCH better and think it should be brought back. But please understand, the reason most of us dodge is because we see trolls or bad's in champ select and want a better chance at winning because we know for a fact that this person will cause us to lose. I go back to another post I made a while back and think that ranked should be the same as team builder, and there should be a captain who is chosen out of the group based on certain factors ( number of games played/won vs lost perhaps). He should be able to remove a player with a group vote and a given reason. A screen will literally halt the process, and flash a message to the team giving the reason for the removal, and the team will vote yes or no. That is just how I personally think it should be though... But seriously, a 30 minute wait because we want a better chance at winning a ranked game? Cmon...
