Cannot access my store, have restarted the client twice

So far I have tried restart the client, repair the client and window updates....Nothing work so far.

I'm having the same issue as well. I've tried the whole click SSW Thresh thing and it's not working for me.

So when I went to the story to buy RP it wouldn't allow me to buy rp and says I need to wait 24 hours to buy rp. WHY!
