Is Grasp of the Undying Swain Top overpowered or broken?

In the few games that I've had the pleasure of playing as Grasp Swain Top, I have to say Riot really made a monster of a champion. He can constantly abuse melee matchups and pretty much ignores the minions as he goes for constant Soul Fragment grabs and Grasp procs. By 10 mins he can have a full RoA and Boots and have 2500 HP just from stacking Grasp and Soul Fragments, and he just becomes this unstoppable juggernaut that is a monster drain tank mid to late game. To date the only bad matchups for him are anything ranged, but even those he can go even in. Forget 2 v 1 ing this man if you get behind, your lane is basically fucked. You can also do this in Mid Lane with Ignite, but its a little harder due to more ranged matchups with good waveclear.
