The same reason you can't hear Ezreal's Ult unless you are actually watching him. You really want to make even more easier for your team to fight against him?

Oh, I pray this is sarcasm. Have you seen how strong he is? He doesn't require any confusing/deceptive indicators in order to slide a buff that is low-key through, especially as big of a powerhouse as he is in the early and late game.

yea idk why they did this, its pretty deceptive and i dont like it either. its kind of like if Leona 's solar flare ground mark was 20% smaller than what the solar flare actually hits, which would be just as stupid
