Buffs/ Nerfs

There are over 140 champs in league of legends, but why do we only see roughly 6 champs buffed or nerfed at a giving time? It focused too much on a small meta. irelia just got a rework now irelia gets a nerf, Kaisa recently came out and last patch she was nerfed/buffed. that stuff is all fine and dandy same with Zoe nerfs last patch. But lets get some old champs some love both in the form of buffs and nerfs. When is the last time we received word on ** -DISCLAIMER- I AM NOT SAYING ALL THESE NEED BUFFS, BUT THEY DO NEED SOME LOOKING AT. WITH ALL THE SNOW BALLING CHANGES SOME CHAMPS NEED BUFFS OR NERFS. IN A PERFECT WORLD - WHICH ITS NOT EVERY CHAMP SHOULD AT LEAST BE PLAYABLE IN SOME WAY SHAPE OR FORM. -** with the scale of the game and number of champs we should see a huge list of champs being changed in some way to both tone down and tune up how things are being used. Not item changes!!!! ITEM CHANGES ONLY HURT UNPLAYED CHAMPS EVEN MORE OR MAKE OTHER ONES THAT ARE IN THE META FAR BETTER. YOU GUYS CREATED A MONSTER NOW =
