How hard can it be to come up with the idea of lowering cooldowns and a mana shield, hell it was the community that came up with that, CertainlyT is honestly just a terrible designer :/

There's no reason to thank certainlyT, he barely played any part in this and it still doesn't excuse how terrible a designer he is, it's a sad truth, every champ he's made is, or was insanely broken.

I don't think he's a bad designer. He's a bad balancer.

Unfortunately, they're almost completely different departments. He needs to moonlight on the balance team for a while. Or have a balance team intern assigned to him with a rolled-up newspaper.

Kinda not related to the topic, but why exactly was CertainlyT associated with these changes so strongly? I mean at the end of the day all he got was a reduced ult coolown and a mana ratio on his shield (which was popularly requested by the community). Surely anyone could have made those changes for him, and getting a specific designer was unnecessary.

The balance team confuses me.
