Basically the title. Do you guys think that the ganking meta would be weakened by buffing gold on jungle camps, or would it just make it worse?
From my past jungle main experience (S7 - S9), I primarily played powerfarmers and have almost abandoned the role after the hard nerfs on xp. I don't really know if it's a good idea or not anymore.
idk man. I have mixed feelings about the jungle right now.
On one hand, playing as a jungler absolutely sucks now. If you fall behind the enemy jungler, you are 100% worthless now. You end up feeding, and then getting flamed by your team for not helping. But you can't come back to help because you are permanently behind in levels now due to the removal of the comeback xp in the jg.
On the other hand though, jungle feels far less oppressive in lane now. If feels like if you can punish the enemy for ganking you, you can seriously hurt the enemy jungle. Whereas before they going gank you all day for low risk.
So overall I would consider the jungle changes to be a net neutral
if they increase the gold per camp then the laners start doing shit like taking them at all times which starves the jungle of gold. TBH the best thing that i can see them doing is increasing their spawn time a hair and seeing how that feels for the jungler as a whole
