Which old champion kits do you think are evergreen (aka will never need a major overhaul)

It's no secret that as time has gone on, tons of older champions and even some of the relatively newer ones (like Aatrox) see their kits become less and less satisfying or become so polarizingly stat checky they ruin the game. Riot has been making a good effort and knocking some of these abominations down, and while they are in the process of getting some of the worst ones out of the way still, it's easy to see how VGUs/ major overhauls will be needed for the foreseeable future. As a jungler, I think Christ every day that the aberration known as Nunu is finally getting reworked.

That being said, I do think there are some very old champion kits that may not ever need a major overhaul. What do I mean by a major overhaul? Either a full relaunch via a VGU or significant kit changes where several abilities are completely swapped out. The Ryze rework would count as one, whereas the Kindred or Xin Zhao reworks would not. Talon's rework would count whereas Azir's would not. The fence gets a little shaky when you look at champions like Garen, Darius, or Quinn who are extremely similar in playstyle but have had one or two abilities swapped out or overhauled over the years, but I digress.

I personally think that the two oldest contenders for no major changes will likely be Singed and Twisted Fate. Both have been in the game from the start and while TF underwent some changes in beta and preseason 1, they've had basically the same kits. They are both so well designed that I really can't see something happening that would require their kit to be overhauled, although purely cosmetic updates might need to be brought back for Singed.

As seasons progressed the champion design got better and better, and starting at season 3 I would say a majority of champions are evergreen, but who knows how we will feel about them in a few years. There's also the case of a few champions who I think could be sick with a rework, Riven as an example, but would likely never be touched because they have such a large playerbase of mains who would hate them to be reworked.
