How do I beat Xin Zhao??
Simple as the title. I don't understand how to beat him in low ELO... I main marksmen (currently checking out Jhin) and he just E's onto me and instantly kills me. My team can't do anything about it.

If xin zhao is your biggest problem, I would not consider jihn to be your answer lol. All you can really do as a marksman is die if you have no mobility and your team doesn't peel, or pick a mobile adc. Tristana is extremely safe provided you don't use your jump or ult until he jumps on you.
Well as a ADC main you should just give up the fact that you are not going to be able to duel many champs. Champions like Xin are made with the purpose of diving onto you and killing you so you are like a sheep and he is a wolf you just gotta run and hope your shepperd saves your ass. Now some ADC survive better than others.
all have good ways of getting away from people which in low elo is something you need cause i bet your tanks try and dive the backline and leave you out to dry
you need a sup with a strong root and/or disengage...

If your team doesnt protect you, you cant do anything about it. Sadly ADCs are useless in this way, you are a sitting duck for dudes like Xin. (and 80 other champions)
The best thing you can do is simply stand out of the fight. Dont be anywhere near Xin, if this means standing 30 feet behind everyone not attacking, thats fine. Watch him and wait for him to use his E on someone else, then you can join the fight. Sometimes if the guy is so thirsty for you he wont use any of his skills, and then he'll just die doing nothing. I have to use this strategy a lot vs

Yea as jhin theres literally nothing you can do against a xin zhao until late late game when you have lots of movespeed. Your support and frontline are supposed to exhaust and cc him as best they can off of you. High rated xins dont even dive the enemy adc as he actually better off peeling for his own adc with a knockback quite similar to janna ult.
Ezreal or lucian. or vayne if your really good at her but that will take a while.
