So, I want to preface this with "I'm silver" and probably have less familiarity with supporting than usual since I've transformed into a jungle main in the past year.
But, I played Soraka the other day and noticed her q gives some vision.
So, I was thinking it would be a neat buff if her e accomplished the same thing on those standing in it.
Probably not too big a deal but I thought it could be a nice addition.
She felt lackluster when I played her...

Sorry for shift, but this is really making me mad, it happens so freaking often that enemies already have the silence symbol above their head yet still cast their abilities. I mean seriously, stun make everything stop instantly - why does silence still allow casts to go through? It ruins the whole purpose.
I don't know wether this is intended or just a horribly frequent bug, but it's gamebreaking.

I noticed, if they innitiate the abbility windup, right before the silence hits, the abbility still goes through, while silenced. Unless it is channeled.
Kowe The Ewok1 votesThat wouldn't be the problem, but often enemies even cast when the silence already is above their head. Imho as soon as silence is applied every cast should instantly stop (like a stun would do it), but apparently there is a "relatively big" timeframe where enemy casts are allowed to go through after the smybol already is above their head (note: it's not ping: constant 22ms here)
