Conqueror interaction with damage modifiers (MAKES YOU LOSE DAMAGE)

Sorry for the caps, i need some attention on this. Time ago i posted a post that Conqueror reduced healing from physical damage by 20%. Now i make a post that Conqueror makes you deal reduced damage.

Conqueror's conversion applies before anything else, before resistances, before damage reductions and before damage amplifications. What does this mean? Well we can make a simple example. If the enemy has 0 armor, you deal 100 dmg, you're without Conqueror but you have Last Stand's damage increase (11%) you will deal 100 * 1.11 = 111 dmg If you proced Conqueror, you will deal 100 * 0.2 + 100 * 0.8 * 1.11 = 108.8 damage. This is a 2% loss. With some other math you can find the damage amplifier formula for this interaction which is: (((enemy's armor or enemy's MR) + 44) ÷ 5)%.

The loss is not big, but there's a loss considering you're taking a keystone for damage increase. This loss continue while the enemy's armor is below 5.5. Once it gets above that you will start gaining damage. This loss becomes even bigger the more damage amplifiers there're, like PtA, Liandry, Lord Dominik and Abyssal.

Is there ANY situation where enemy will have less than 6 armor?

lethality? anyway the 11% was an example. What i hate is that you hope to get an 11% increase, and instead get a 8.8%, that sucks. The numbers becomes bigger the more increase you have. If you've got a 35% damage increase you may as well get 27, just saying

There is almost no reason to build lethality if you're running conquerer. Conquerer is designed to counter tanks, lethality is designed to kill squishies.

Even if u have lethality and will build some more... If target literally has at least 1 armor item or you dont go full lethality/penetration or dont have armor shredding in your kit you wont reduce it below 6.

But yea, lack of sinergy with damage increasing skills and abilities is there. A pleasant one. I would not like to be on receiving end of amplified true damage.
