Meh. She could get some tweaking, however she's not weak per se ... nor is she particularly strong.

If you know how to play her, you should be just fine most of the time. And you should be more worried about your teammates morale; that they won't stop playing before lategame if they are doing badly.

ofc when you master cassio you feel fine with her . BUT : Pick cassio is a risk and i love it but at this point whit this twin fang dependance i cant blind pick her without getting a hard matchup _cant poke enemy team proprely .high risk for finnaly no ton dmgs ( when you are contesting objectives ect ) _FCK walls ( Yasuo , Braum ) how to destroy ALL THE CASSIO DMGS ( cassio twin fangs op gnee riot ) _cant depush wawes with q+w ( when the enemy team got a big lead cassio becomes useless :^) you must start with : , this horrible early mana nerf made this starter a must if you want to agrro your oppenant ( cassio is fine after tears but the early laning is kinda important in mid lane ) ( this cdr in passive , LOL : riot be like : so we nerfed cassio couldowns but np we will compense it and put it in her passive so it makes swag numbers and noobs will build cdr boots or even item 3174 :^) ) _ YOU CANT MAX Q IN FIRST ANYMORE , vs Azir Lux Orianna ect ... If cassio cant exel at depush and poke , she should exel at damages : how you exel at dmgs ? with aoe dps/burst and not with monocible short range dps

all these issues can be solved with poison ; no need to talk about cassio identity gutted /thematic and the player base ignored ect... blablabla EDIT : i like the way cassio is hard to play and you have to get a perfect position in team fights if you need to carry the game ( sometimes i feel like a adc XD )
