AD vs AP is just unfair tbh

Now let's say by a curious hazard all their spells are on cooldown. They dodged it, whatever.

So they're both in melee range. Talon's auto attack with will do WAY more than Evelynn's basic attack who has .

So if they can both pull of 2 auto attacks, Talon wins the trade by far high.

I still don't know why doesn't ABILITIES doesn't scale with ABILITY power. AD Casters like Talon, Zed, or Darius use blades, yes, but so does Katarina.
