top says it all but the ult is 10-15 seconds and the damage is reduced by a certain amount like -10/20 percent i've always found it awesome that riven and yasuo can hang on to extra stats for 15 seconds and i'd thought it would be great for twitch, please educate me on why it would be a bad idea
