Nocturne Buff Idea

Here's a simple one. Give his passive bonus healing against monsters. That 47% winrate says that he's got room for improvement, and from playing him, I can tell you he needs a bit of love, because his jungle sustain is crap. Really, he hasn't seen the light of day since feral flare was overpowered. You don't have to do a major overhaul of his kit (though I doubt he'd mind), just give him something to help him through his clears so he doesn't need a tier 3 jungle item with a vamp scepter to sustain.
