Currently when rerolling unwanted skin shards, we immediately unlock the permanent skin as long as we own the champion, and if we don't own the champion we get a "permanent skin shard", in which we can unlock once we buy the champion or disenchant it. However, I would like if we always acquire the "permanent skin shard" so I have the option to sell it, if I still don't like the reroll.
That would be smart and fair. That's why they haven't done it, nor they ever will :P

But srs, I always get complete garbage skins for a champ I'll never play, or one where I already own all the best skins for that champ. Would love to just turn it back into essence.

Yah I didnt know about this (I dont reroll much) and I rerolled 3 epics and got festival annie ( the one with the panda tibbers), I have never touched annie in my life
They probably won't. It's all designed to be as inconvenient and annoying as possible to make you want to just outright buy things.
I totally agree, it'd be great. I have unlocked too many a skin that I don't like in the slightest: the latest addition was a disappointing Program Nami.

agreed 100% i got 2 MF skins the other day didn't want them buit didn't have a choice i have a ezreal battle skin just sitting there but dont have 1500 OE for it

I have 3 fiddlesticks skins, a champion i never play-- Id like to add that i never even bought fiddlesticks, it was a mystery champ gift for linking to facebook.
