[CLIENT] (bug) friends appearing online or in queue when they have logged off

For some reason, my client still shows some of my friends as online or in queue when they are in fact offline. This has been happening 1) randomly after they log off or 2) especially after I finish a game or two solo and check chat.

Every time I confirmed that they are indeed offline by checking the chat via phone
