Playing a champion you invested so much time into after a mechanical nerf is horrible. LeBlanc feels so clunky and boring to play now. And LeBlanc is not the only one: not saying these guys are trash (apart from elise and lb), but it just feels so weird and kind of... unrewarding?

Well problem is before they were nerfed they were basically ridiculously toxic and broken, and since a full scale rework takes a lot of effort (Which lets be honest Riot doesn't really like to make an effort) they decide to leave them in the dust.
