My Diana Build - Comments & Criticism

I am looking for some feedback on this experimental Diana top lane build that I have been trying.

This is what I did in my most recent game (31:16) against a Fiora. The full item build is underneath. https://s15.postimg.org/khbauyesb/diana_build.png

My build order went about like this: item 1026 > item 3010 > item 3027 > item 3751 (for wave clear) > item 3111 > item 3101 > item 3108 > item 3115 >item 3057 > item 3025 > (sold cinderhulk) > item 3001

You're overcapping CDR here, with the Nashors + Abby + IBG. Other than that, if you're doing well with it, don't fix what ain't broken!

That is what bothered me as well. I thought about throwing in Liandrys or Rylais in place of Nahors but then i look that fast DPS on my passive.

Maybe you could replace IBG with a Zhonya. You already get RoA, so I doubt you'd need the mana from IBG. And the Active is really strong on her when initiating. And considering you're building her quite tanky, that will probably be your goal :P

Fighter Diana is best Diana :P Wit's End might be a good item to throw in there from time to time too.

That might not be a bad item to switch out for Abby.

I'd say keep the abby. It's passive empowers your base damage aswell, making it pretty damn strong on Tanky+AP builds. ESPECIALLY if you're building a Sunfire aswell, because the passive on Abby will empower Sunfire's burn damage :p

Wit's End also needs the ramp up before it's handy which is a factor to consider :O

-you don't need the cinder for waveclear, that's overkill on diana, don't do that -if you want more armor you should go either for GA or zhonya, your barrier should be enough to make you survive, even if the slow is somewhat nice it's better to build a rilay, but this way there is another problem: you are supposed to shot targets, and follow them with your ult refreshes with Q, if you go that build you won't do damage and you won't tank, you will rely on the discrepancy between you and the enemy team, not on your build -mercs is nice, just build it situationally tho, i wouldn't recommend it -you should build void staff as most inexperienced players don't realize how good it is, basically in your eyes people have -35% hp -also you should build lich bane as it synergizes too good with your kit

a build i suggest is the following

item 2033 >item 1082>item 1056 build all 3 as starting items item 3020 item 3115 item 3030 item 3100 item 3135 item 3089

situational item 3001 item 3157 item 3026 item 3151 item 3116

And push after lv7

The build I went with was meant to be more of a bruiser build not an assassin build. Which was why I went for more tanky items. But I see what you're saying.

I prefer Sunfire over Deadmens for dps, diana doesn't need that ms so much, she relies more on the q+r combo for mobillity. Also, consider Wit's end instead of iceborn(might need 10%cdr from runes then) vs ap-heavy teams. Getting randuins in that case for the slow active wouldn't be a bad idea aswell to compensate for the missing iceborn slow. The spellblade doesn't do that much damage, and roa gives enough mana already while bnashors+abysal already give 30%cdr, so half the stats that iceborn offers aren't really needed. Also, bamis cinder isn't needed unless you want sunfire. Diana has more than enough waveclear on her own. You could rely on Iceborn for mana and skip Roa for more agressive options like Gunsoo's(your passive on every other hit is pretty powerfull IF you can keep the stacks up) or another tank item at the cost of ap.
