even before that you nerf udyr by taking like 10 points off turtle and 20 off his R as if THAT is whats causing him to be broken.

They never said his heal is broken, they just don't want to nerf his cc or durability, so instead they trim what he's not really about. If you want sustain there are other champions for it.
