Guess we're still not finishing the Shen update then, seeing as it's been a year now with no voicework on a champion who desperately needs it, particularly with Jhin being put in the game and Shen himself having been updated in almost everything BUT his voice. 
Well they had her VO on hand for the legendary skin so it's only fitting.
Lux only got an update thanks to the Demacia update.
As a disenfranchised Shen main I've always really liked his voice. His gameplay's awful, but his voice is pretty cool.
Shouldn't you have had gotten the opposite reaction out of that? If Lux is getting a VO and players like it, Riot's going to give more champions VOs.
Ohhhhhhhh frick off. It said literally in the fricking Surrender@20 post that the ONLY reason that she got new lines, is because they were able to get the original voice actor in for the Ultimate Lux skin, so they took a few of the unfiltered voice lines, and threw it on her. This isn't "playing favorites" it's literally the most convenient thing to happen.
Do you know how much effort it actually takes to get back the original voice actor for a champion, one made 7 years ago, without even factoring in the possible factors that something may have changed/happen with the guy?
