Am i the only one annoyed by how short azir's q became ?

first of all i was not an azir main before the changes but i did play him quite alot i have lvl 5 mastery with him quite enough to get used to him and understand his kit.

I am not here to complain , i think the changes are great azir is great now but i think it is too early to judge i will give it more test , but i am just annoyed by how super short it became. Anyone here like me ?
