It's almost like Jarvan is designed to be durable, while dealing damage.
For Jarvan to truly delete you, he'd have to build damage. His AD scalings are all bonus AD.

has his W, which, while strong, does expire. He can all -in and get a kill and cause some disruption, but he's easily cc'd and focused.
150 champions. 6 classes. you do the math. line between tank and assassin is pretty blurry.
60ad+45ad+40ad+40ad base ad from items build by not including runes/ or passives. gives him 195 AD ... he is far from a tank. he is build as an ad bruiser with HP CDR some armor so this idea you have that he was full tank and deleted you is wrong. he has alot of damage with some HP so he kills you/reduces your armor to help kill you before you kill him.
