Remember, players who have a wallet aren't the only one who gets a say in the game. Yes, Riot is running from microtransactions, but don't forget a game needs its playerbase to function. By not playing the game, you are removing one person from the pool of available player this game can pick from, increasing the time it takes for match making. If enough people take a break from the game, match making queue will be long enough where players won't feel it's worth it to queue up to play or match making will FORCE ONE SIDED matchups with HUGE discrepancy in order to limit queue time. This will in effect, snowball and players who pay for skins/passes will start quiting as well. You don't need your wallet to vote.

Ok... and why you think they are only listening to those that pay and not everyone else?

Cool.... but the statistic of players who dislike the game enough to not play it is.... pretty much 0, given if they disliked it that much they would have already stopped playing.
