Some things that would be nice

Can Dragonforce become something other than a dead spell on TT? Can Bard E be changed so that he can use his tunnel at every angle on that chunk of terrain between toplane and the health relic? (Note: just loaded into a custom, and the purple side T1 bot lane turret had more HP than the other for some reason. Weird) Can you buff the outermost towers? 900 HP is just stupid low. Can the golem buff deal less damage to towers? Can the wraith heal feel impactful? Can devourer be made into a viable option? Can the jungle feel something like the summoners rift jungle in terms of difficulty? Seriously, anyone can clear the jungle on treeline. Can Vilemaw please put on a tophat if the people making him dance use gentleman/debonair skins?

Why? I think every high-MMR player I've seen has recommended against Devourer because of how long it takes to pay off compared to the immediate benefit of the other options.

Eh, I don't think devourer is all that interesting. You have to farm a lot to make it useful. Having three viable options is not good bad.
Being able to clear is just one part of being a good jungler. If the jungle is too hard people will just play support meta instead, that's what happened in Season 4.
