Xerath or Malzahar

Xerath is tricky, if you don't hit anything you'll never do damage. After a few levels, Malz can afk waveclear pretty decently and has a fairly strategic ult, good for teaming up with your own carry and ult theirs

I mained Malzahar for about 9 months, and I can tell you that despite his power, he's very easy to play. That being said, a good Malzahar player will still have a lot of mechanical skill. (Like Aquadragon)

Also, both of these champs are combo mages, not bursters.

you can always go for brand.

high skill cap, and also rewarding for landing your abilities, has a massive burst and an amazing teamfight

Malz is 100x easier and 100x more viable in solo queue.

Depends, do you want to play your lane without being in it?

Or do you want to be aids to the other person?

No but really, Xerath IMO does have a higer skill cap then Malz (Point and click DPS spell, such work, much wow, AND IT SPREADS).

Burst would be Xerath, Malz is all about DPS, I could be wrong correct me if so.

Scaling? I believe Malz has a better scaling then Xerath, not to sure, but yeah.

So, want to have a harder time but be an assasin mage? Xerath, want to be avoided at all times? Malz. I'd say for what you want, get Xerath.
