How much armor penn is enough?
I just want to know, how much more armor penn do assassins need? I mean they get to build it with their mr already, why do they need a 75 damage item too?

On a more serious note, however much you need to kill the enemy team's priority target. If you stack too much Flat Penetration, which I assume you are talking about, you actually are losing damage against Tanks than if you spent that same gold on % based stats. Minmax for killing an ADC or something, and then try not to stack more.
