Sona is the old Fiora
Do you remember the old Fiora? think about Sona and you will find similarities.
Sona and the old Fiora are easy and boring champs to play. They are not interesting nor compelling to play, yet playing against them is really annoying.
Riot re-works Fiora and she's amazing! maybe with a slight nerf Fiora will stay nice and balanced. But Sona is forgotten... Sona needs a re-work, not a buff.
Proposals:
- make Sona fun to play: instead of focusing on spamming qwe easily, re-work her passive to add additional effects depending on what auras you use, they can stack and add additional effects, for example: if you use Q+W within 3 seconds, Sona gains the following effect: Sona invokes a red aura that inflicts griveous wound to nearby enemy champs while dealing 1% max hp damage to nearby enemies.
If Sona uses W + E: remove negative conditions of nearby allies
Q + E: invokes another 3 seconds of MS boost.
- make Sona slightly harder to play: give her Q a skill-shot that slows
- leave her R alone, her ult is perfectly fine.
*note: her current passive does an additional effect by using 3 spells, this is boring and uncompeling, let the summoner stack a combo with qwe instead.
