Double Tear Ryze
Building double tear on Ryze was a fun high damage but squishy build variant. The removal of double tear (due to Ezreal) also affected Ryze.
Any chance we can get this build option back for Ryze?

give ryze his scroll back as his champion item.

no he already does insane damage for having point and click cc and remember he's mostly played top if we buff him it will be even harder for melee champs to beat him
